Our Story
Founded in 2020, iview.ai was born from a simple observation: the traditional hiring process was broken. Our founders- Sarthak Agarwal and Nikhil Mittal, having experienced the pain of inefficient recruitment, knew there had to be a better way to deal with low conversion rate even after online pre-interview assessments.

After digging in, they discovered that most assessment platforms lacked the depth of real interviews — missing crucial elements like contextual understanding of past experience, on-the-job skill evaluation and live guidance that helps bring out a candidate’s true potential.

With this vision, they built iview.ai — an AI-powered interview platform that combines automation with the empathy and adaptability of human-led conversations. Launched in July 2020, iview.ai now helps hundreds of companies globally to hire smarter, faster and more fairly.​
